Stream and Graphics Update
Here is a bit of an update in regards to yesterday’s stream test.
Yesterday’s Multi-Stream test was a success in terms of performance, quality, and functionality. Although I did notice some quirks with some things regarding chat and the chat program, I found that was meant to be able to pick up on all the chats from all 4 platforms.
The program I used for that was “Casterlabs Caffeinated,” which is a program where you can link your Twitch and all other platforms you stream on and combine them into one window, same thing with event alerts. However, there was a significant noticeable lag with messages popping up between 5-20 seconds after receiving them on the original platform’s chat window, and some messages wouldn’t even show up at all. So for future reference, I will no longer be using Casterlabs to manage my stream chats, and will either be testing an alternative to Casterlabs called “Social Stream Ninja,” which seems to offer the same, if not a tad bit more functionality than Casterlabs.”
Now with OBS and TikTok Live Studio, I decided to try and run TikTok Live Studio’s screen input separately from OBS, and it worked as expected, if not better, minus the fact that I had to turn up my microphone through TikTok Live Studio to where people can hear me better. I also found out that as long as I keep the windows open, but run them in the background behind whatever game I’m playing (Such as I’ve done in the past with my Vtuber Software) It’ll run just fine without glitching and causing the streams to be a black screen, and with that being said, Both OBS and TikTok Live Studio have to be controlled with my StreamDeck which isnt a problem, just a bit of a hurdle to try and get used to it!
Graphical Update
For those who don’t know, I love nostalgia. I grew up in a lower-middle-class household to where when CDs became mainstream and also the introduction of Blu-Ray, my family was still using VHS Tapes. We didn’t have cable internet; we were still stuck with dial-up internet for almost 8 years of my life. And with that being said, as I got older, I fell in love with the Old PC aesthetic (Windows 95, 98, XP, etc).
I miss the days of the Older late 90s, early 2000s internet, if you can’t tell by how this website looks, and with that, my stream assets don’t match that vibe very much.
But starting today, I am happy to announce that I am currently in the process of integrating a new look into my streams, and below you will find an example of what those future streams will look like with the new rendition of my Starting Screen and the Gameplay screen featuring my Vtuber avatar.

All of the assets are still a work in progress as of this writing, but I sincerely hope that you will all enjoy this change, as this change means a lot to me, and I hope that in the future we can further expand upon this aesthetic.
